Cannot fault and can only praise. Everlast did the rubber membrane on our flat roof c. 10 years ago. Since then, we have had an issue with a leak on the balcony above our living room. The job - as it turns out - wasn't done properly when the house was built but whose fault that is, is a mystery. However, Lee was adament from the moment he was contacted that he would help sort it - regardless of whose fault it was. This was massively comforting as the original builder had gone under, the window installers didn't want to know and the warranty period was finished. He was front and centre when it came to working out the best course of action and even saved the day when he realised a window cill was a separate pice which could be removed - thus mitigating the need to take the whole window out (we would have needed a crane as it is a triple glazed floor to ceiling set up). He liaised with our odd job man who is doing the repairs but if this was not possible he was more than happy to send a couple of his lads (from Leeds to Newcastle Upon Tyne) to sort it out. In 1999 my father had a new flat roof from what was then SS Deighton & Associates and the employee he liaised with was Steve Jenkinson. This winter he noticed some damp in one room and although his handyman was able to go up on his roof (those days are long gone for him) and repair a balustrade seam he was worried in case it was actually the roof. He rang the number he had for Steve and miraculously it was still valid and Steve kindly came out to check the roof yesterday (15/5/20). Your product and employee both get 5 stars as not only was the roof still in great condition Steve couldn't have been nicer - as my father said "I was very grateful for his inspection and advice - much more than I could have expected after 20 years - and for his friendly approach'.
