Everlast have taken the role of Principal Contractor on a number of key projects for Jones Hargreaves clients since we set up our business in 2009. This has included large scale re-roofing and cladding projects for the Duchy of Lancaster, Towngate Plc and large pension funds but also smaller scale roofing projects for local and private clients. Procurement routes have included single and two stage tendering and negotiation depending on the client’s requirements.

It is clear that a lot of effort and skill is put into the pre-construction phases where detailed design, planning and, crucially, health and safety matters are fully considered and given the time to ensure that the project begins and runs smoothly.
